It is a part of many available options of natural stones having their own characteristics distinctively. Thus in selecting the piece that you are going to use, it is advisable to get to know its ways of maintenance. You can simply ask the sellers on that particular matter. Once you are told the maintenance needs of a particular option of granite stone countertop, you can then decide which one that you are able to deal with its maintenance needs.

In terms of the dark colored granite, there are actually many available choices. There are black pearl, star galaxy, and of course the absolute black granite itself. The clear difference of these three options is in terms their appearance. The look of star galaxy version is having copper and bronze flecks. The black pearl is having opalescent look. Meanwhile the absolute black is having the darkest look without any visible opalescence and also specks at all. The last one is also the most popular option of granite countertop among the other two options.
