Myself Vincent and I love traveling and spending holidays with my friends. I just came back few days back from my trip to the Great Smoky Mountains with my friends. I enjoyed sightseeing and the great mountains. It was a good change and it did not cost me much. We planned it early and thought that we will travel by our own vehicle this time. It costs much when you book air tickets, hotel, rental car, etc. In all we were six friends. We booked a minivan and three bedroom cabin rental in the nearby town from where we can easily go for sightseeing. One of my friends had already visited that place and had great experience of living in rental cabins. By good fortune we also got discount on cabin rental as we booked it early during the off season.
The Great Smoky Mountains is one of the favorite tourist spots and it added a whole new experience in my life. I was enchanted to see beautiful scenery, glowing colored lights beaming from the streets, different shops and restaurants thrilled my heart with great joy and entertainment. Gatlinburg and its surrounding areas, pigeon forge town have a vast diversity of beautiful spots where you may have complete fun. Some of the worth seeing places that we visited are Gatlinburg ski resort, Ripley’s aquarium, dolly wood theme park, and codes cave. We saw vast diversity of flora and fauna in and around the Great Smoky Mountains.
In the great smoky mountain national part we enjoyed hiking and beauty of nature. After enjoying there we went to Clingmans Dome. This is the highest point in the Great Smoky Mountains. In Gatlinburg ski resort there were different outdoor recreational activities where we had lot of fun. Then, we went to the Ripley’s Aquarium where we saw fish in their natural habitat. We observed exotic undersea life from all over the world in this aquarium. Next attraction in the Great Smoky Mountains is the theme park of Dolly wood. It is place where we had lot of fun games and exciting events.
In the pigeon forte, there is an outlet shopping mall where we did lot of shopping as we found all brands in one shop at discounted prices. One can find anything in this shopping mall at pocket friendly prices.
Last but not the least, my experience of living in a rental cabin was incredible. We had all the facilities in rental cabin. It was a homely atmosphere and everything was available. Different indoor and outdoor games and activities were arranged for us to enjoy. There was a swimming pool where we relaxed after coming back from day trip. At the back yard there was enough space where one could sit and have sun bath while enjoying beautiful mountains in front. A well equipped kitchen was there we cooked food of our own choice and tried different dishes.
Really it was an awesome experience and I will never forget my trip to the Great Smoky Mountains. Once you visit such a place you forget about all your worries and tensions and your life gets full of fun and entertainment.
